Messaging Terms

Messages are sent on a user-initiated basis. A user joins or participates in the messaging conversation by sending the first message to one of the business numbers supported by the service. If a user sends a message first, the business may reply to that message in order to respond to the inquiry or continue the requested conversation.

If a user does not send a message first, no messaging conversation is started and no reply is sent. This service does not use a separate keyword-based enrollment flow as the basis for participation. Instead, consent is established through user-initiated contact with the business number itself.

Message frequency may vary based on the conversation. Standard carrier or provider charges may apply. Users may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP when supported or by ending the conversation and sending no further messages.

No Guarantee

The service is provided on a general, as-available basis. No guarantee is made that the website, messaging channels, or AI-assisted responses will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
